Within this diverse area, there are potential investment scenarios for the adaptive reuse of current available buildings and/or the assemblage of vacant or underutilized structures for larger projects.

Biloxi’s Main Street District covers a 2.3 mile radius on the east end of the historic city’s peninsula. The District extends from Beach Boulevard north to the railroad tracks and stretches from the famous Biloxi Lighthouse at Porter Avenue to Bellman Avenue. .
Within our downtown area, you will find restaurants, specialty shops, as well as the Biloxi Visitors Center, the Small Craft Harbor, City Hall, the main branch of the Public Library, two world-renowned casinos, and several hotels, attractions, and professional services.
